General Terms
All our murtis are handcrafted from pure brass; minor variations in design, finish, or color are natural and add to their uniqueness.
Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
We reserve the right to update product details, prices, and policies without prior notice.
Shipping Policy
Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days.
Delivery time depends on your location (generally 5–10 business days within India).
Customers are requested to provide complete and correct shipping details. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Non-returnable: customized items, products damaged due to mishandling, or natural variations in handcrafted items.
Damaged/defective products must be reported within 48 hours with photo/video proof.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged delivery), we bear the shipping cost. For change of mind, the customer bears shipping charges.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if not yet shipped.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.
Privacy Policy
Customer information is kept secure and is used only for order processing, communication, and service improvement.
We do not share or sell your personal data to third parties.
Limitation of Liability
Divyashilp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or website access.
Brass idols are decorative and spiritual items; care must be taken while handling and placing them.
